We start our private 13 days Morocco discovery tour from Tangier to Casablanca by welcoming you at Tangier airport, Tangier port, your hotel, or any meeting point in the city. Depending on your arrival time, you may have free time to relax or enjoy your first visit of Tangier.nnTangier is one of the most important cities in northern Morocco, known for its old medina, port, coastline, Atlantic and Mediterranean atmosphere, and unique history.nnYou will spend the first night in a local hotel or riad in Tangier.

After breakfast, we leave Tangier and drive towards Tetouan, a beautiful northern Moroccan city known for its Andalusian influence, white medina, traditional architecture, and cultural heritage. Depending on time, we may stop for a short visit or panoramic views.nnAfter Tetouan, we continue through the beautiful Rif Mountains towards Chefchaouen, the famous blue city of Morocco. Along the way, you will enjoy mountain landscapes, peaceful villages, and countryside views.nnAfter arriving in Chefchaouen, you will have free time to explore the blue-painted streets, Spanish-style square, local shops, rooftop cafés, and traditional handicrafts. Overnight will be in a local riad or hotel in Chefchaouen.

After breakfast, you may have some free time to enjoy the beautiful blue medina of Chefchaouen and take photos in its charming streets. Then we leave Chefchaouen and travel towards Volubilis, one of the most important Roman archaeological sites in Morocco.nnIn Volubilis, you will explore the ancient Roman ruins, old columns, mosaics, and historical remains. After that, we continue to Meknes, one of Morocco's imperial cities, where the visit may include Bab Mansour, Lahdim Square, the old medina, and monuments connected to Sultan Moulay Ismail.nnIn the afternoon, we continue to Fes, the cultural and spiritual capital of Morocco. Overnight will be in a local riad or hotel in Fes.

Today we explore Fes with a local guide. Fes is one of the oldest imperial cities in Morocco and is famous for its ancient medina, traditional crafts, historical monuments, old Islamic schools, and authentic Moroccan atmosphere.nnThe guided tour of Fes may include the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish Quarter, panoramic viewpoints, the famous tanneries, Al Quaraouiyine University, Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Fountain, old souks, and artisan workshops.nnYou will walk through the narrow alleys of Fes Medina and discover one of the most beautiful and historical old cities in Morocco. After the guided tour, you will return to your riad for overnight in Fes.

After breakfast, we leave Fes and travel towards Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco because of its alpine-style architecture, clean streets, and mountain atmosphere. We may also stop near the cedar forest, where you may see Barbary monkeys in their natural environment.nnThe journey continues through the Middle Atlas Mountains, Midelt, and the beautiful Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves, panoramic viewpoints, and traditional villages. We may stop for photos overlooking the valley before continuing towards the Sahara Desert.nnIn the afternoon, we arrive in Merzouga, located near the golden Erg Chebbi dunes. You will ride camels across the Sahara sand dunes and enjoy a magical sunset. After reaching the desert camp, you will enjoy dinner, Berber music around the campfire, and a peaceful overnight stay under the desert sky.

Today is dedicated to exploring the Merzouga Sahara Desert and the Erg Chebbi dunes. After breakfast, we start a desert adventure around Merzouga by 4x4 vehicle.nnYou may visit nomad families living near the dunes and learn about their traditional desert lifestyle. We can also visit Khamlia village, famous for Gnawa music, where you will enjoy local music and discover an important part of Moroccan desert culture.nnThe day may also include desert tracks, black volcanic landscapes, panoramic viewpoints of Erg Chebbi dunes, small Berber villages, palm groves, and a desert oasis. Dinner and overnight will be in Merzouga, either in a desert camp or a local hotel near the dunes.

Early in the morning, we recommend waking up to watch the sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga. After breakfast, we leave the Sahara Desert and travel through the beautiful landscapes of southern Morocco.nnWe drive through Erfoud and several Berber villages before reaching Todra Gorge, one of the most impressive canyons in Morocco. Here, you will have time to walk between the high cliffs and enjoy the beautiful views of the gorge, palm groves, and surrounding mountains.nnAfter visiting Todra Gorge, we continue to Dades Valley, famous for its rock formations, kasbahs, valley views, and peaceful landscapes. Dinner and overnight will be in a local hotel or riad in Dades Valley.

After breakfast, we leave Dades Valley and travel through the road of kasbahs towards Ouarzazate. Along the way, you will enjoy beautiful valley views, Berber villages, palm groves, and southern Moroccan landscapes.nnWe continue to Ouarzazate, known as the gate of the Sahara Desert and the cinema city of Morocco. Depending on time, we may stop for photos or visit one of the local film studios or kasbahs.nnAfter Ouarzazate, we continue to the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most beautiful fortified villages in Morocco. Overnight will be in a local guesthouse or hotel near Ait Ben Haddou.

After breakfast, we visit Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, one of the main highlights of many Morocco tours. This ancient fortified village is famous for its traditional architecture and has been used as a filming location for many international movies.nnAfter exploring Ait Ben Haddou, we continue through the High Atlas Mountains and cross the famous Tizi n'Tichka pass, which reaches 2260 meters. Along the way, we enjoy panoramic mountain views, Berber villages, valleys, and beautiful photo stops.nnIn the afternoon, we arrive in Marrakech, the red city of Morocco. You will have free time to relax at your riad or enjoy Jemaa El Fna square in the evening. Overnight will be in Marrakech.

Along the way, we may pass argan tree areas and stop at a local argan oil cooperative.nnAfter arriving in Essaouira, you will have free time to explore the old medina, walk near the port, enjoy the beach, and discover the peaceful coastal charm of this beautiful Moroccan city.nnEssaouira is a perfect place to relax after the Sahara Desert, imperial cities, and mountain landscapes. Overnight will be in a local riad or hotel in Essaouira.

After breakfast, we leave Essaouira and continue along the Atlantic coast towards El Jadida, a coastal city known for its Portuguese heritage, old fortified walls, ocean views, and relaxed seaside atmosphere.nnYou may enjoy a short visit of El Jadida, including the old medina area or the famous Portuguese cistern depending on time. After the visit, we continue towards Casablanca, Morocco's largest city and economic capital.nnIn the afternoon or evening, we arrive in Casablanca. Overnight will be in a local hotel in Casablanca.
