We start our private 8 days Morocco tour from Marrakech to Tangier by welcoming you at Marrakech airport, your hotel, riad, or any meeting point in the city.nnDepending on your arrival time, you may have free time to relax at your accommodation or enjoy your first walk in Marrakech. The red city is famous for its old medina, lively souks, traditional riads, historical monuments, and the famous Jemaa El Fna square.nnYou will spend the first night in a local riad or hotel in Marrakech.

After breakfast, we leave Marrakech and travel through the High Atlas Mountains. We cross the famous Tizi n'Tichka pass at 2260 meters, with beautiful views of Berber villages, valleys, and mountain landscapes.nnWe continue to the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most beautiful fortified villages in Morocco. This kasbah is one of the main highlights of many Morocco tours and has been used as a filming location for many international movies.nnAfter visiting Ait Ben Haddou, we continue through Ouarzazate and the road of kasbahs towards Dades Valley. Dinner and overnight will be in a local hotel or riad in Dades Valley.

After breakfast, our Morocco desert tour continues from Dades Valley towards Todra Gorge, one of the most impressive canyons in Morocco. We will stop to walk inside the high cliffs and enjoy the beautiful views of the gorge, palm groves, and surrounding mountains.nnAfter visiting Todra Gorge, we continue through Tinghir, Erfoud, and several Berber villages before reaching Merzouga, located near the golden Erg Chebbi dunes.nnIn Merzouga, you will ride camels across the Sahara sand dunes and enjoy a magical sunset over Erg Chebbi. After reaching the desert camp, you will enjoy dinner, Berber music around the campfire, and a peaceful overnight stay under the desert sky.

Early in the morning, we recommend waking up to watch the sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga. After breakfast, we leave the Sahara Desert and travel towards Fes.nnOur journey continues through Erfoud and the beautiful Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves, panoramic viewpoints, and traditional villages. We may stop for photos overlooking the valley before continuing through the Middle Atlas landscapes.nnWe pass Midelt, known as the apple city of Morocco, and continue through mountain roads, cedar forests, and small towns before arriving in Fes. Overnight will be in a local riad or hotel in Fes.

Today we explore Fes with a local guide. Fes is considered the cultural and spiritual capital of Morocco and one of the most important imperial cities in the country.nnThe guided tour of Fes may include the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish Quarter, panoramic viewpoints, the famous tanneries, Al Quaraouiyine University, Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Fountain, old souks, and traditional artisan workshops.nnYou will walk through the narrow alleys of Fes Medina and discover one of the most authentic old cities in Morocco. After the full-day exploration, you will return to your riad for overnight in Fes.

After breakfast, we leave Fes and travel towards Volubilis, one of the most important Roman archaeological sites in Morocco. Here, you will explore the ancient ruins, Roman mosaics, old columns, and historical remains.nnAfter visiting Volubilis, we continue to Meknes, one of Morocco's imperial cities. The visit may include Bab Mansour, Lahdim Square, the old medina, and important historical monuments connected to Sultan Moulay Ismail.nnIn the afternoon, we continue towards Chefchaouen, the famous blue city of Morocco located in the Rif Mountains. After arrival, you will have free time to walk through the blue-painted streets and enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Overnight will be in a local riad or hotel in Chefchaouen.

After breakfast, you will have some free time to enjoy Chefchaouen, one of the most beautiful towns in Morocco. You can walk through the blue medina, visit the Spanish-style square, explore local shops, and take photos in the charming blue streets.nnLater, we leave Chefchaouen and drive towards Tetouan, a beautiful northern Moroccan city known for its Andalusian influence, white medina, and cultural heritage. Depending on time, we may stop for a short visit or panoramic views.nnAfter Tetouan, we continue to Tangier, one of the most important cities in northern Morocco. Tangier is known for its Atlantic and Mediterranean atmosphere, old medina, port, coastline, and unique history. Overnight will be in a hotel or riad in Tangier.
